Job Description

This position requires an individual who enjoys working with and supervising children and staff. Responsibilities include program planning and implementation staff supervision and evaluation. You will maintain an open line of communication between the staff and the Program Coordinator and promote continuity of purpose and philosophy to the program. (Complete job descriptions will be available upon request.) This is a full-year position to include full-time hours and responsibilities during school vacations and summers. Hours are somewhat negotiable but candidates should be available for a before school and after school full-time split during the school year. (Preferred hours are 6:30-9:00a.m. & 1:30-5:30p.m.). Hours for vacation programs and summer are not split. Priority will be given to candidates with demonstrated organizational abilities strong behavior management skills creativity flexibility self-motivation the ability to lead others and an exceptional work ethic.
