Job Description
Location: Lisbon (Remote work is possible but only for candidates residing in Portugal)
Language Requirements: Fluent French English (B2)
Contract Type: Full-time 12-month renewable (option for permanent contract)
Relocation Support: Available for international candidates

What Youll Be Doing

Review classify and moderate online content to ensure it meets community guidelines

Respond to user queries regarding platform usage policies and account-related issues

Provide accurate and timely support via chat email or phone

Identify and escalate potential risks sensitive cases or policy violations

Ensure a safe and respectful online environment by enforcing platform rules

Collaborate with internal teams to share user insights and improve support procedures
What Were Looking For

Fluent French and English at B2 level or higher

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

Resilient and comfortable reviewing sensitive or challenging content

Empathetic communicator with a solution-oriented approach

Previous experience in customer support or moderation is a plus not mandatory

Must have EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
