Webflow Web Developer - DotYeti
Important Note: This position requires flexibility with working hours.
Were seeking a Webflow Web Developer to join our fast-growing creative team and help bring high-impact digital experiences to life. Youll work closely with designers marketers and stakeholders to turn creative visions into scalable responsive and high-performing websites and landing pages.
What youll do:
- Creative Implementation: Bring UI/UX designs from tools like Figma to life using Webflow with pixel-perfect precision and smooth interactions.
- Custom Development: Build and maintain dynamic websites landing pages and web components using Webflows CMS animations and custom code when needed (HTML CSS JavaScript).
- Performance & SEO: Optimize websites for speed responsiveness accessibility and SEO best practices across all devices and browsers.
- Integrations & CMS: Set up and manage Webflow CMS structures and integrate third-party tools or headless CMS when needed.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot bugs test across multiple devices and browsers and implement long-term scalable fixes.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including designers content creators and marketing leads to deliver digital experiences that align with brand and business goals.
- Production Handoff: Pass final designs to development or publishing teams for release.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has 4 years of experience in front-end web development or Webflow-specific development.
- Is highly proficient in Webflow including CMS structures interactions and custom code embeds.
- Has experience with HTML CSS and JavaScript for custom functionalities and fine-tuning designs.
- Familiar with cross-browser compatibility responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Has worked with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify and understands headless CMS integrations.
- Can juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
- With excellent communication and time management skills.
Bonus Points for:
- Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
- Experience handling design requests for MSMEs large corporations and entrepreneurial initiatives.
