Job Description
Infiniti of Northern Kentucky is looking for a Part Time Receptionist! We are seeking an enthusiastic individual that is looking for a great opportunity to join an amazing work family! Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet customers in a very professional manner.
- Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries whether phone or in person to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
- Assisting work family as needed.
- Spend quality time building relationships with the customers.
Qualifications
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Professional demeanor and attire
- Maintaining a positive can-do attitude
- Impeccable attendance and promptness
- Available to work Monday Friday from 3:30pm to 7:00pm and every Saturday 9:00am to 6pm
- Valid Drivers License and clean record Pre-Employment Background Check Required
- Drug FREE workplace Pre-Employment Drug Screening Required
