Job Description
Key Benefits:
- Hourly Starting Wage: $26
- $1000 Referral Bonus
- Full-time position with full benefits package (medical dental and vision insurance)
Responsibilities:
- Train employees on all aspects of the warehouse
- Work collaboratively with department leads on manners within the plant
- Serve as the main trainer for new and current warehouse associates
- Ensure that all warehouse associates have the tools and understanding to succeed in their positions
- Coach associates in the warehouse on performance work with management if discipline is necessary
- Work alongside the Warehouse Supervisor during performance review process
- Address any associate conflicts complaints or concerns within a timely manner involving management and or/HR as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to speak read and write English.
- Leadership experience is preferred.
- Attention to detail and high sense of urgency.
- Project management skills.
- Knowledge with Microsoft office systems.
