The System Integration Test Equipment team is looking for a Project Manager to develop project plans and budgets pursue cost-saving opportunities to maximize project profitability and monitor project performance.
What You Will Do
Manage complex projects working with a cross-functional team of Mechanical Electrical and Software engineers
Create and maintain project schedules and budget forecasts for new aircraft electrical system development programs as well as capital projects
Identifies and reacts to project issues and recommends solutions
Manage work packages and schedule with the Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
Provide metrics and associated analysis to the program office for periodic Earned Value Management System (EVMS) reporting
Work closely with the Section Manager to assign project priorities assign engineering resources to projects and assess risks.
Lead weekly Project status reviews with team
Provide project status reports to Senior Management Program Management and Finance
Primary focal point between Engineering Test Equipment and internal and external customers
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a degree in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
Qualifications We Prefer
Project management experience within aerospace or comparable industries is preferred
MS Project experience
EVMS experience
Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite of Products

The salary range for this role is 101000 USD - 203000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
