At Human Connection Tribe we are looking for an Investment Products Sales Supervisor at Remote

Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Investment Products Sales Supervisor to join our REMOTE Team of Human Connection

The responsibility of this position will be from the Remote Sales & Efficiency team to manage the commercial activity of the investment products in all the banks remote channels Call Center Video call Agent chat Chat bot and Voice bot.

Your key responsibilities:

As an Investment Products Sales Supervisor of REMOTE you will have the following responsibilities:

  • You will lead together with the Investment Tribe Investment Relationship Model provided via video calls ensuring that clients receive personalized investment advice aligned with their objectives and risk profiles. You will have responsibility over its strategic and operational performance including budget ownership client and agent satisfaction and commercial results.
  • You will also be responsible for driving mutual fund sales within the inbound call center ensuring commercial effectiveness and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • You will oversee the pension plans business within the call center with a special focus on the design execution and impact of pension campaign initiatives.
  • You will take ownership of the broker product performance in remote channels identifying opportunities to improve penetration.
  • Finally in order to meet all of these challenges you will lead and closely collaborate with three External contact center partners involving more than 600 people.

And the way of working for assume all these responsibilities will be as follows: You will have to

  • Define and execute the commercial strategy for investment products across remote channels (call center chat voicebot chatbot) ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Monitor and optimize sales funnels and customer journeys within remote channels to maximize conversion and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with product data compliance and technology teams to enhance service delivery and ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team identifying new ways to improve service quality and sales effectiveness.
  • Use data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and report regularly on key KPIs related to service performance and business impact.

What are we looking for

  • Proven ability to lead commercial initiatives and deliver business results in sales environments (preferably within remote or digital channels).
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Solid knowledge of investment products particularly mutual funds pension plans and broker-related services.
  • Excellent communication skills both to lead teams and to influence key stakeholders.
  • Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (product marketing compliance technology etc.) in an agile environment.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a clear focus on improving both client and employee experience.
  • Be a team player encourage alignment between individuals Tribes Squads Chapters.
  • Be curious passionate about Sales and be aware of trends in customer communication channels.

Buscamos a una persona con talento y entusiasmo para unirse al equipo REMOTE de la Tribu Human Connection comoSupervisor/a de Ventas de Productos de Inversin.

Desde el equipo de Remote Sales & Efficiency liderars la actividad comercial de productos de inversin en todos los canales remotos del banco: centro de atencin telefnica videollamada chat con agentes chatbot y voicebot.

Tus responsabilidades claves

Como Supervisor/a de Ventas de Productos de Inversin en remoto tus principales responsabilidades sern:

  • Liderar junto con la Tribu de Inversin el modelo de relacin de inversin a travs de videollamadas asegurando que las personas clientas reciban asesoramiento personalizado alineado con sus objetivos y perfil de riesgo. Sers responsable de su rendimiento estratgico y operativo: presupuesto satisfaccin de clientes y agentes y resultados comerciales.
  • Impulsar las ventas de fondos de inversin en el centro de atencin telefnica inbound garantizando la eficacia comercial y la alineacin con los objetivos estratgicos.
  • Supervisar el negocio de planes de pensiones en el call center con especial foco en el diseo ejecucin e impacto de campaas especficas.
  • Gestionar el rendimiento del producto brker en canales remotos identificando oportunidades para mejorar su penetracin.
  • Liderar y colaborar estrechamente con tres partners externos de contact center que involucran a ms de 600 personas.

Cmo lo hars

  • Definir y ejecutar la estrategia comercial de productos de inversin en canales remotos (call center chat voicebot chatbot) alineada con los objetivos del negocio.
  • Monitorizar y optimizar los embudos de venta y los recorridos de las personas clientas para maximizar la conversin y el engagement.
  • Colaborar con equipos de producto datos cumplimiento normativo y tecnologa para mejorar el servicio y garantizar el cumplimiento regulatorio.
  • Fomentar una cultura de mejora continua e innovacin buscando nuevas formas de mejorar la calidad del servicio y la eficacia comercial.
  • Tomar decisiones estratgicas basadas en datos y reportar regularmente sobre KPIs clave relacionados con el rendimiento del servicio y el impacto en el negocio.

Qu buscamos en ti

  • Experiencia demostrada liderando iniciativas comerciales y obteniendo resultados en entornos de ventas (preferiblemente en canales remotos o digitales).
  • Habilidades analticas slidas y capacidad para tomar decisiones basadas en datos.
  • Conocimiento profundo de productos de inversin especialmente fondos de inversin planes de pensiones y servicios de brker.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicacin tanto para liderar equipos como para influir en personas clave.
  • Capacidad para coordinarse con equipos multidisciplinares (producto marketing cumplimiento tecnologa) en entornos giles.
  • Mentalidad centrada en la persona cliente con foco en mejorar la experiencia tanto de clientes como de empleados/as.
  • Espritu colaborativo fomentando la alineacin entre personas Tribus Squads y Chapters.
  • Curiosidad pasin por las ventas y conocimiento de las tendencias en canales de comunicacin con clientes.
