Office Administrator
Trimax Mowing Systems is a family-owned company that designs develops manufactures and distributes tractor-powered roller mower and flail mowing equipment. We are looking for a capable Office Administrator to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Fayetteville Georgia. This role will provide both the Operations Manager and the Sales team.

The Role:
- Provide administrative support across the facility including backup for other administrative functions where .
- Support hiring managers by posting ads organising interviews maintaining system data and producing onboarding information.
- Support the management of key assets (Facilities Vehicles Equipment) where . Carry out monthly system checks and obtain quotes/facilitate
repairs.
- Coordinate Vendors around cleaning maintenance & utilities monitoring performance and providing feedback to the Operations Manager.
- Organize monthly team lunches and other engagement activities where requested.
Skills and experience required:
- Experience in an administration reception or office coordination role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and exposure to business systems.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willing to be involved in a variety of interesting tasks.
