Based in Sydney or Melbourne were seeking a strategic results-driven sales leader to guide our National Business Home Lending team into its next phase of growth and excellence. As the National Manager Business Home Lending you will lead a team of 10 senior leaders who manage a network of over 180 Business Home Lending Specialists across more than 10 locations nationwide. In this pivotal role youll shape and execute our national strategy collaborate closely with senior leaders across Commercial Small Business and SME segments and drive the integration of home lending into the broader business customer experience. Your leadership will be key to unlocking new business mortgage opportunities enhancing capability and delivering exceptional outcomes.
What do I need
- 10 years experience in lending with a focus on home loans or commercial lending
- A proven track record of leading large geographically dispersed teams within financial servicesideally with experience in business or home lending
- Deep understanding of the home lending landscape including market dynamics credit policy and lending operations
- Demonstrated ability to build team capability drive high performance and lead through periods of change
- Strong operational and commercial acumen with a sharp focus on balancing risk customer outcomes and business performance
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills with experience engaging at senior leadership levels
- A collaborative and inclusive leadership approach committed to people development continuous improvement and fostering a high-performance culture
