What Youll Be Doing
As an HR Operations Specialist youll be the vital link between our regional HR teams global stakeholders and leased workforce operations.
Your mission To ensure seamless execution strengthen relationships and drive HR excellence across EMEA.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end leased workforce processes
Support recruitment control tasks and prepare reports for regional and HQ teams
Take charge of escalations and ensure theyre resolved within SLA
Work closely on processes like talent selection contract extensions evaluations and fee adjustments
Build strong partnerships with HR reps suppliers and cross-functional teams
Proactively detect risks and propose process improvements
Collaborate with our China HQ & regional centers of excellence
Drive digital HR transformation through automation and continuous service enhancement
Analyze data to boost employee experience and operational quality
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
Solid MS Office skills Excel PowerPoint the whole suite
Strong time and project management know-how
Analytical mindset and a solution-oriented approach
Fluent English language skills (Chinese is a big plus!)
Outstanding interpersonal negotiation and customer service skills
Passion for data optimization and elevating the employee journey
