Job Description
JustPlay is looking for a passionate LiveOps Operations Manager to run first of its kind Live-Ops for our loyalty platform driving player excitement through special events promotions and challenges. Youll lead strategies to re-engage players boost retention and maximize engagement across a wide ecosystem of casual games.
In this unique role youll own the LiveOps roadmap craft data-driven campaigns and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless impactful experiences. What sets this role apart Youll merge casual gaming with real-money rewards powered entirely by ad revenuereshaping mobile gaming.

Tasks
- Plan and execute LiveOps engaging in-app events promotions and updates to captivate players and increase activity
- Conduct experiments to test ideas and refine strategies based on results
- Optimize LiveOps operations for seamless and timely updates
- Monitor event performance and identify optimizing opportunities for future events
- Maintain an events calendar and collaborate with marketing analytics and development teams to align events with campaigns and deliver exceptional player experiences
- Identify and mitigate potential operational risks in LiveOps delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends to keep our platform competitive and innovative
Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven experience in live game operations events and sales strategies preferably in mobile games or loyalty platforms
- Data-driven mindset with experience designing impactful campaigns
- Strong project management and attention to detail
- Analytical skills and experience in event optimization and reporting
- Excellent communication skills for clear idea articulation and cross-team collaboration
