At Factorial were looking for a marketing specialist to help us boost the French Market. Ready to be part of the challenge
The Role:
We are seeking a rockstar marketeer to own the Partners Demand Generation strategy of Factorial in France. The Partners team is growing and we need a person who wants to build the relationship with our partners by creating the right marketing strategies with them.
This role is both strategic and hands-on. During the first months youll focus on content creation campaign setup and getting quick wins while building a solid understanding of our partner ecosystem. Your responsibilities will grow quickly as you take ownership of the long-term channel demand generation strategy in France.
Youll need to balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution from launching and optimizing campaigns to tracking performance and KPIs.
In a few words: A mid-level high-impact role for a hands-on marketer ready to own and scale Partner Demand Generation in France from quick wins to long-term strategy with autonomy and direct revenue impact.
What will you be doing:
- Create marketing acquisition go-to-market strategies aligned with our business objectives
- Own marketing plans with key partners covering online/offline demand generation and brand awareness (e.g. events webinars promotions).
- Lead Go-To-Market strategies for Factorial partners in the French region.
- Identify and execute opportunities to expand reach through partnerships events content and campaigns.
- Provide marketing materials and support to partners.
- Analyze data to optimize campaigns and identify new marketing opportunities.
- Report on campaign performance using key metrics like leads conversions and revenue.
Requirements:
- Native-level of French and excellent level of English.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A strong sense of ownership over your projects ambitious self-motivated yet a team player with a positive energetic mindset.
- Highly committed organized proactive problem solver with a passion for helping others.
- Dedicated to personal growth and eager to take on increasing responsibilities.
- Demonstrates strong collaboration decision-making and communication abilities.
- Understanding of sales goals and how to collaborate with sales to reach marketing goals

- Experience working in Digital Marketing having the ability to create a strategy tailored for different companies.
- Proven track record in B2B marketing preferably in technology or SaaS industries.
- Experience with collaborating with 2nd and 3rd parties
