Tasks
- Be the go-to person for employee questions on administrative topics like policies contracts and general HR processes
- Draft and manage employment contracts HR documents and maintain accurate and compliant personnel files
- Keep employee data up to date in our HRIS (HiBob) and build workflows to help automate key People Ops processes (e.g. probation periods data change requests etc.)
- Support monthly German payroll as well as payments for global EOR employees and contractors
- Help maintain and update internal policies coordinate global mobility and relocation and take ownership of benefits administrationContinuously look for ways to improve our HR processes templates and documentation to make things more efficient and employee-friendly
Requirements
- A background in Psychology Business Administration or a similar field
- 2 years of experience in HR or People Operations ideally in a fast-paced or international environment
- Youre detail-oriented organized thorough and someone the team can always rely on
- Solid knowledge of German payroll and labor law; experience with EOR or contractor setups is a plus
- Comfortable working with HRIS tools especially BobFluent in both German and English with strong communication skills in both languages
