Your Tasks
- Respond to customer questions via chat and email quickly and accurately.
- Follow clear steps (SOPs) to fix problems or pass them on when theyre tricky.
- Meet support goals like response time and quality standards.
- Join regular training and coaching sessions to grow your skills and shine even brighter!
What Were Looking For
- Proficiency in English
- Great written communication you explain things clearly and kindly.
- Experience handling customer chats or support tickets.
- Familiar with paid ads digital marketing and key performance metrics.
- Knowledge of HTML or Python is a big plus!
- Have you worked in tech support for an ad tech company or know your way around Google Analytics Even better!
- Awesome problem-solving skills you enjoy digging into issues and finding smart solutions.
- Flexible and ready to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
