Job Description
Our client is an award-winning multi-licensed broker specializing in online CFD trading across FX crypto oil metals shares and indices. As they continue to expand their presence in Southeast Asia they are seeking an experienced Filipino-speaking Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Philippine market. If you bring an active FX client portfolio and a passion for financial markets this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape your own success remotely.
Location: Remote Philippines

Compensation: Excellent remuneration based on experience & performance
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Identify business development opportunities and drive revenue growth
Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently
Negotiate and close deals across B2C and institutional client segments
Conduct market research and analyze trends to support strategic decisions
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business goals
Provide feedback and insights to enhance the companys competitive edge
Requirements:
Bilingual in Filipino (C1) and English (B2)
14 years of proven experience in Forex with a demonstrable active client portfolio
Background in business development or sales within financial markets (CFD/FX)
Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related field preferred
Strong sales negotiation and presentation skills
Deep understanding of trading products platforms and client needs
Self-motivated independent and target-driven
Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
