Servitalent is searching for a Project Engineer with a distinct technical-commercial profile for a key position in the opening of a new office in Hamburg Germany. This is a strategic opportunity for a leading company in its sector with a solid track record and large-scale projects.
You will be the visible figure of the company in Hamburg acting as a delegate and being the direct point of contact with a strategic client. Your mission will be to combine your technical expertise with commercial skills to drive growth and collaboration.
What are we looking for
- Education: Industrial Engineering preferably with a major in Mechanics.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the aerospace or automotive sector with solid knowledge in mechanical design and production process development.
- Tools: Advanced proficiency in CAD tools especially CATIA V5.
- Languages: Negotiation level (minimum B2) of English and German both spoken and written. Technical vocabulary mastery in German is a strong plus.
- Skills:
- Ability to apply engineering knowledge and mechanical design in the development of production processes.
- Skill in planning and managing tasks both internally and in relation to client milestones.
- Proactivity in continuous improvement and productivity.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to coordinate technical meetings and collaborate closely with the client evaluating their needs and developing technical proposals.
- Experience in preparing technical documentation.
- Availability to provide assistance at client facilities when necessary.
- Strong commercial profile with the ability to strategically focus technical knowledge.
- We are looking for a long-term oriented individual committed to the development of the Hamburg branch.
What will be your responsibilities
- Apply your engineering and mechanical design knowledge in the development and optimization of production processes.
- Plan and manage project tasks ensuring compliance with internal and client milestones.
- Actively contribute to improving the productivity of the design department.
- Coordinate and lead technical meetings with the client.
- Collaborate closely with the client to understand their needs develop innovative technical proposals and ensure their satisfaction.
- Prepare all technical documentation required by the client.
- Provide assistance at client facilities for project monitoring and support.
- Act as the main reference and company contact in Hamburg supporting the technical office in Vigo.
