Job Description
International Recovery Systems is seeking a reliable organized and tech-savvy Fleet Coordinator to support our growing fleet operations. This full-time on-site role is ideal for someone with hands-on exposure to fleet or logistics work who s ready to take ownership of day-to-day tasks like inventory tracking maintenance scheduling and system updates. If you re someone who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly and thrives in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment we want to hear from you.
Skills :
- Monitor and track inventory including ordering receiving assigning and documenting parts and supplies
- Ensure vehicle maintenance and inspections are up to date and documented properly
- Use systems like Fleetio and Motive to track fleet performance and update records
- Coordinate with drivers vendors and internal staff to schedule service and repairs
- Assist with vehicle onboarding/offboarding processes
- Keep digital records organized up to date and compliant with company and industry standards
- Support the fleet and operations teams with additional administrative tasks as needed
