You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Account Executive to join our Accounts team. As a Accounts Executive you will assist in the following
Roles & Responsibilities: -
Prepare and maintain accurate records in tally including sales purchase expense bank general ledger entries accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile bank accounts customer ledgers vendor ledgers identifying discrepancies and resolving them in a timely manner.
Process payroll ensuring accurate and timely payments.
Processing reimbursements.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings and audits.
Communicate with owners of company and other stakeholders like consultants.
Qualifications: -
Bachelors degree in accounting Finance or a related field.
Experience (minimum 2 years) as an Accountant or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting concepts journal entries and golden rules of accounting.
Proficiency with accounting software like Tally and Microsoft Office (Excel Word).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
