Are you ready to shape the future of smart buildings in one of Europes most dynamic regions Were looking for a Business Development Manager (m/f/d) with a strong focus on Sales to drive our growth in the Balkan region and Southeastern Europe.
Your Mission:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the region
- Build strategic partnerships and expand our market presence
- Support customers with technical expertise and tailored solutions
- Launch innovative products in building automation and energy management
- Represent us at trade fairs webinars and industry events
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in business development and sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Deep understanding of regional market dynamics
- Fluent in English (German or regional languages are a plus)
- Technical background (e.g. electrical engineering building tech)
- Willingness to travel (drivers license required)
