About the Role
We are seeking a skilled BMC Helix Technical Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in BMC Helix components including ITSM Smart IT Innovation Studio CMDB and integration and automation solutions. You will be responsible for development customization and administration of the Helix platform to support business-critical ITSM functions.

Roles & Responsibilities
-
Develop implement and support BMC Helix ITSM Smart IT Innovation Studio and related modules
-
Customize workflows using Remedy forms Active Links Filters Escalations
-
Manage and administer ITSM modules like Incident Change Problem SRM Work Order SLM Release
-
Provide technical assistance for incident tickets configuration screen tailoring LDAP data imports
-
Troubleshoot logs (SQL API Filter Active Links) and deliver robust solutions
-
Configure complex SRDs maintain CMDB and Asset Management modules
-
Ensure smooth platform operations through performance tuning and preventative maintenance
-
Work on integration via Web Services & REST APIs

Contribute to architecture automation and discovery tasks

Open to 24x7 shift work as required
