We are looking for a talented Senior Technical Artist to join our mission in creating the future of game entertainment. On this team you will be critical to developing and driving tools and systems to help further develop our worlds our processes and efficiencies.
You are a bridge between art design and engineering and will ensure our pipelines and processes are stronger faster and performant. Youll be empowered and given autonomy. Your ideas will matter.
Implement and drive building tools that allow the teams to create beautiful worlds amazing shaders and performant processes while still driving quality.
Define procedural or prefab systems and processes with the team while driving for quality. Identify and demonstrate world building trends that help improve pipeline and process across the environment department and studio.
Collaborate proactively with all departments to ensure finalized assets form function and technical requirements are met.
Effectively implement feedback from the Lead and Art Director while advancing the established art aesthetic.
Manage timelines and tasks accordingly.

3 Years of experience as a senior technical environment artist.
Minimum 2 AAA shipped titles.
Examples of exceptional knowledge of Unreal Engine world building.
Experience building procedural world sets in Unreal Engine.
Proficient with procedural tools like Houdini and Blender.
Strong understanding of PBR pipelines workflows and processes.
Experience with latest trends and tools for next gen development.
Experience creating AAA environment architecture terrain and prop assets.
Expert skills in Maya Z Brush Substance Painter Photoshop (or equivalent software).
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Self-motivated and self-directed.
Absolute passion for playing and making video games.
A strong portfolio showcasing traditional skills and classic fundamentals.
An ability to write tools for artists and developers in Maya and Unreal
Office365 and Google Suite proficiency.
Experience across multiple disciplines of art (characters/UI/VFX/Weapons/Worlds/Animation)
A mindset of continuous improvement; humble and ambitious.
Prior experience in a startup environment or small business.
Adaptable with a good sense of humor.
