X-ray Technologist Contract Role
Location: Utica NY 13502
Assignment Duration: 13-Weeks Contract
Position Highlights:
- Pay Rate: $60 $65/hr
Shift Options:
- 7:00 AM 4:30 PM
- 9:00 AM 6:30 PM
- 7 on/7off schedule
- Guaranteed 63 hours in a two-week period
Responsibilities:
- Perform general radiologic exams (not including interventional radiology or CT).
- Prepare and position patients for X-ray imaging in accordance with physician instructions.
- Operate X-ray equipment to produce quality diagnostic images.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety guidelines to protect patients and staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records and imaging logs.
- Provide compassionate and professional care to patients during procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare team members.
- Adhere to facility protocols and infection control standards.
Requirements:
- ARRT Certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)-Required
- BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) -Required
- Valid New York State Radiologic Technologist License-Required
- 2 years experience required.
- EPIC experience required.
