About:
This role is responsible for developing and executing quality programs ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards analyzing machining-related quality data and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The position also involves managing quality teams training staff and suppliers and fostering strong relationships with customers and vendors to uphold high product quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement quality control systems tailored to CNC and screw machine manufacturing.
- Analyze quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities in precision machining.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on corrective actions for machining-related quality concerns.
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 and relevant industry standards.
- Lead training programs for staff and suppliers focused on machining quality practices.
- Build collaborative relationships with customers and suppliers to enhance product quality.
- Supervise and mentor the quality control team in line with machining standards.
- 7 years in quality control including 3 years in leadership roles within CNC and screw machine manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of quality standards and regulations in the machining industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to precision manufacturing.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and industry-specific software tools.
