About:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead warehouse operations in a fast-paced multi-client 3PL environment. Youll be responsible for driving performance leading teams and delivering top-tier service across both B2B and eCommerce fulfillment channels.

Oversee all warehouse functions: receiving inventory picking/packing returns kitting and value-added services

Manage B2B (LTL/FTL) and D2C (small parcel) shipping processes in line with EDI and retail requirements

Optimize workflows through WMS data analysis and automation

Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and root cause analysis

Coordinate with carriers and transportation teams to meet SLAs

Lead onboarding and implementation for new client accounts

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business or related field-or equivalent experience

5 years of experience in warehouse operations preferably in a 3PL or multi-client setting

Proven success in managing both B2B and eCommerce (D2C) fulfillment

Experience leading teams of 30 or more employees

Strong knowledge of WMS platforms (e.g. Deposco Manhattan or similar)

Excellent analytical communication and leadership skills
