Job Description
- Oversee and manage artwork approval and routing including label changes and compliance with brand standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including GBS and internal testing resources) to meet New Product Introduction (NPI) timelines.
- Ensure all artwork swatches and colorways meet global compliance and brand guidelines.
- Create and manage marketing and educational swatches; maintain up-to-date claims tables as needed.
- Lead and coordinate project management tasks such as IDH/Hint projects project volume estimates and ensuring Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) standards are met.
- Prepare and participate in key meetings (CAM GO gate meetings NPI meetings).
- Handle new item setup and ensure sales teams are informed for effective inventory management.
- Utilize strong financial acumen and organizational skills within a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) structure.
- Preferred: Previous experience in salon or beauty industry.
- Hybrid work arrangement: Must be local and able to work in the office at least 2 days per week.
