Job Description
Our client is seeking a Cabinet Install Manager (Field Service Manager) for the Smyrna Tennessee market. This role oversees cabinet installation and carpentry crews within a 150-mile radius of Nashville ensuring quality installations of cabinetry trim and crown molding. Standard hours are Monday Friday with some weekend work available.
Responsibilities include:

Provide daily leadership to Field Service Technicians and sub-contractors

Create and manage job installation schedules

Track job completions and rework via Variance Reports

Inspect cabinet installations for quality

Offer technical expertise and training on safe high-quality methods
-
Communicate with customers and visit job sites as needed

Hire train and manage staff in accordance with company policies and regulations

Lead key operational programs: safety training cost reduction etc.

Collaborate with Sales team to meet customer service and installation goals
Experience Required:
-
Building materials industry and managing multiple crews across a geography is required

Carpentry trim and crown molding experience is a MUST experience installing cabinets is a MUST

Candidates should have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds the ability to communicate some computer skills the ability to work well with customers and possess a do what it takes mentality

All candidates must have a valid driver s license and a good driving record

Successful candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment background and drug test
