Job Description
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments.
- Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic illnesses.
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Administer vaccinations and other preventative healthcare measures.
- Provide timely referrals to specialists when necessary.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document patient interactions and clinical decisions accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients about their health conditions.
- Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Participate in community health programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with nursing and administrative staff to optimize patient care.
- Respond to medical emergencies appropriately and effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical guidelines and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development and training.
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical school.
- Registered with the Medical Council of India.
- A valid medical practice license.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a similar setting.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to empathize and provide patient-centric care.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to participate in continuing education and training.
- Experience in community outreach programs is a plus.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is preferred.
