We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented HR Office Administrator to support a broad range of internal corporate role combines elements of office administration with human resource functions such as employee onboarding record-keeping payroll coordination and general office support.The ideal candidate is organized proactive and capable of handling multiple administrative responsibilities efficiently while maintaining compliance and professionalism.

Responsibilities
1. Human Resources (HR)
- Manage employee lifecycle operations (recruitment onboarding evaluations exits).
- Oversee payroll benefits and labor compliance via external service provider.
2. General Affairs (GA)
- Manage company facilities internal services and asset administration.
- Plan and coordinate employee events internal communications and safety measures.
3. Legal & Compliance
- Liaise with external legal counsel on contracts government filings and risk issues.
- Act as Compliance Officer overseeing training documentation policy enforcement.
4. IT Management
- Manage outsourced IT service providers and ensure basic operational support.
- Maintain and monitor (e.g. expense leave approval ).
5. Finance
- Create Time sheet and Invoices/Quotations
- Coordinate internal control procedures and liaise with group finance.
6. Accounting
- Supervise external accounting firm in monthly closing tax filing and compliance
- Coordinate internal and financial audits and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Oversee VAT withholding tax and annual financial statement preparation.
7. Quotation Purchase Order Invoice Management
- Serve as a key contact for HR IT and compliance meetings with HQ and regional offices.
