Job Description

Position Summary:

The Human Resources Manager plays a vital leadership role in supporting the operational success of the warehouse by managing all HR functions on-site. This role is responsible for recruitment employee relations compliance training and performance management while ensuring a safe and positive work environment that aligns with company values and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary HR contact for all warehouse staff including hourly and salaried employees.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment onboarding and orientation for warehouse roles.
Support employee relations by addressing concerns facilitating resolutions and conducting investigations as needed.
Ensure compliance with federal state and local labor laws (EEO FMLA ADA OSHA etc..
Monitor attendance performance and disciplinary processes to ensure consistency and fairness.
Partner with warehouse leadership to support employee engagement retention and workforce planning.
Administer HR programs including benefits time off leaves of absence and payroll coordination.
Maintain HRIS records personnel files and documentation in compliance with company policy and regulations.
Lead or support safety training workplace injury response and incident documentation in collaboration with Safety or Operations teams.
Provide coaching and support to supervisors on performance management and leadership development.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field preferred.
35 years of HR management experience preferably in a warehouse distribution or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of HR practices employment law and labor compliance.
Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced labor-intensive environment.
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus (if applicable to workforce).
