Associate Relationship Manager - The Direct Channel involves company-employed professionals directly selling insurance or financial products to customers. The role involves with leads provided by the company and includes both office and limited field work. The focus is on customer acquisition product pitching and closing sales without agent involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* 50 % Leads will given by company
* Call and Fix Appointment with Customer
* Identify customer needs and offer appropriate life insurance plans.
* Maintain long term relationship with customers.
Requirements:
• Graduate in any stream • 1–2 years of experience in BFSI/insurance/sales preferred • Must be from the same District
