Job Description
Our client is a mobility company looking to hire an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador for their brand. As a successful candidate you will be involved in increasing brand awareness by communicating the value of our products to customers tracking customer feedback and representing the brand.
Responsibilities:
Onboarding of new customers
Familiarize yourself with the company s mission vision and goals.
Educating customers about our products.
Building rapport with customers.
Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints
Representing the company at product launches events and trade shows.
Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.
Requirements
Previous experience as a brand ambassador
Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
Excellent verbal written and communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills
Sales Ability.
Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
