NN Group is looking for a Brand Marketer Internal Brand who will inspire and activate our internal organisation around our brand this new role you will shape internal brand campaigns foster engagement and ensure our brand identity is brought to life at all levels of the organisation.

From the Brand Marketing unit we contribute to this ambition by informing inspiring and activating our (international) internal organisation. We are therefore looking for a proactive communicative and results-oriented Brand Marketer Internal Brand with a strong background in internal branding and experience in developing internal brand marketing programmes. You have a creative mind a structured approach and a let me take care of that mentality. With your style you know how to connect with and inspire people.
What you are going to do
In this role you will be responsible for developing and driving internal brand marketing strategies and activities. You will work closely with various departments to translate business objectives into engaging and creative internal brand communications. You are an inspiring marketer who knows how to motivate and involve colleagues in brand-related initiatives. You understand the distinction between (corporate) internal communications and brand marketing communications aimed at the marketing organisation. Your role is to ensure that the blueprint of our brand is well known within the sales and marketing organisation that knowledge and expertise are shared across business units and that we build channels platforms media and resources through which the international organisation can develop and exchange brand activities on a solid foundation.
More specifically this means:
Development and Implementation
Translating business objectives into engaging and creative internal brand communications
Developing and executing internal (brand) marketing strategies and activities
Drafting and implementing internal marketing engagement and communication plans
Translating (strategic) briefings into impactful internal brand marketing campaigns
Ensuring timely execution and delivery of internal (brand) marketing campaigns and initiatives
Collaboration and Support
Collaborating with colleagues from Brand Marketing Corporate Communications Corporate Culture & Affairs Business Units and HRM to ensure effective internal brand marketing
Involving monitoring influencing and collaborating across the entire marketing value chain
Aligning with stakeholders to translate strategic business briefings into impactful internal campaigns
Participating in campaign execution teams to support the internal translation and communication of external brand campaigns
Creation and Publication
Independently developing and publishing ideas themes messages and campaigns across various internal (digital) channels
Creating and developing creative concepts and engagement tactics for internal brand marketing campaigns and events
Developing and managing communication platforms for brand marketing
Writing publishing and distributing newsletters and other internal updates including the creation of associated concepts and formats
Improvement and Evaluation
Continuously improving campaigns and channels by tracking performance and identifying and implementing enhancements.
Specific Tasks
Organising and hosting the monthly Group Brand Marketing call
Producing and distributing the quarterly brand marketing update
Organising inspiration and knowledge sessions for branding communication and marketing teams
Regularly updating marketing colleagues on brand-related developments
Organising onboarding sessions to introduce new employees to the brand strategy and values

Who you are
You have experience in conveying a companys brand positioning culture products and services to the (brand) marketing and communication community as well as to other relevant employees. You understand what it means to be (co-)responsible for developing and executing an effective internal brand marketing strategy and communications within a multi-brand organisation operating nationally and internationally. You are a strong advocate of communicating brand purpose and brand marketing activities in line with the brand strategy and promise. You activate this across all aspects of the company training and involving employees at every stage of the internal brand marketing process to foster shared ownership and inspire passionate advocacy. You are known for living the brand and bringing it to life internally.

Who you will work with
Brand Marketing within NN Group is (co-)responsible for developing and maintaining consistent and impactful brand marketing activities aimed at achieving distinctive positioning across all markets. You will be part of the Brand Marketing unit which serves all NN brands in the Netherlandsincluding Nationale-Nederlanden OHRA Movir and BeFrankas well as nine international markets with a particular focus on the Nationale-Nederlanden (NN) brand. Together we focus on relevant and effective approaches across all markets stakeholders (customers society employees) NN products and services sponsorships and partnerships. You will join one of the four sub-teams namely Brand Marketing & Communications and work proactively with colleagues from Brand Marketing Corporate Relations HRM and our Business Units (Insurance Pensions Banking). You will report to the Manager of Brand & Marketing Communications and advise her and our (inter)national organisation within your area of expertise enabling well-informed decisions and helping guide the organisation to the next level of brand marketing.
