Job Description
Title: Contracts Administrator
Location:Remote
Duration:8-12 months
Hourly Rate: Market
Key Responsibilities:
- Review vendor contracts including terms and conditions statements of work (SOW) payment terms extensions and more.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ask pertinent questions and ensure contract compliance.
- Facilitate the transfer and transition of contracts as part of the migration process.
- Provide clear communication and handoffs for action as appropriate.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in contract administration with a focus on vendor and supplier agreements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- There is currently no contract management system in place so the process is manual.
- Availability for full-time work (30-40 hours per week).
