Job Description
Are you a commercialization leader with a passion for bringing products to life at the intersection of brand marketing and innovation Archer Meat Snacksthe 4th largest meat snack brand in nationis seeking a Commercialization Manager to join our growing team in Los Angeles.
In this role youll report directly to our Director of Brand Marketing helping shape and drive innovation that resonates on shelf and with consumers. From launching new flavors and packaging formats to managing Private Label execution youll play a pivotal role in helping Archer scale with speed and precision.
Were looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and deep experience in managing commercialization timelines packaging development and cross-functional project execution in the CPG space. What Youll Own & Impact:
- Manage end-to-end commercialization of new products packaging changes and private label launches
- Lead project planning timelines and cross-functional execution from kickoff through shelf readiness
- Partner with Operations R&D Sales and external vendors to bring product innovation to market
- Facilitate packaging development regulatory reviews and internal approvals
- Own item setup across ERP and retail data platforms (NetSuite GS1 1WorldSync SPINS)
- Ensure brand integrity compliance and flawless execution across all touchpoints
- Communicate risks and milestones to senior stakeholders and ensure alignment at every step
What Sets You Apart:
- 5 years of CPG project management experience with a focus on commercialization and packaging
- Experience working within or closely with Brand or Marketing teams (not just Operations/Supply Chain)
- Familiarity with stage gate processes and the fast pace of high-growth consumer brands
- Proficiency in Smartsheet or similar project management tools
- Clear confident communicator who excels at driving accountability across teams
- Detail-oriented nimble and energized by turning ideas into reality
- Bonus: Experience with regulatory packaging requirements and certifications
