About the Position:

We are seeking motivated candidates for the position of Title Operations Supervisor in our Title Services Division. This leadership role oversees our Customer Support Team responsible for providing critical public service and operational support within our statewide vehicle title processing system. The person in this role ensures high-functioning day-to-day operations manages and coaches a team of administrative support staff resolves complex customer inquiries and collaborates closely with other units to maintain efficient and accurate issuance of more than 500000 titles annually.

As the supervisor you will also conduct hiring training and performance evaluations implement and improve workflows and contribute to the divisions continuous improvement efforts.

In this role you will:

  • Supervise and guide 11 customer support staff within the Titles Division.
  • Plan organize assign and review daily work operations and unit workflow.
  • Interview hire train evaluate and coach staff.
  • Resolve complex customer service matters requiring sound judgment and discretion.
  • Collaborate with the Title Examination Unit Title Resource Team and Title Compliance Team to ensure a cohesive workflow and timely accurate title issuance.
  • Interpret and apply policies rules and procedures across diverse administrative functions.
  • Contribute to improvements in workplace safety ergonomics and process efficiency.

Preferences will be given to candidates who have:

  • Supervisory or lead experience in a customer service or administrative operations environment.
  • Experience working in a high-volume deadline-oriented office.
  • Familiarity with state government operations or public-facing services.
  • Experience in hiring training or coaching staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

Six (6) years of responsible clerical experience to include two (2) years performing supervision or performing highly independent clerical work.

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or STEM OPT extensions. Successful candidates will be required to complete an I-9 form upon hire.
