Job Description
Are you passionate about sharing your trade expertise and shaping the next generation of skilled professionals Were looking for a dedicatedLecturer (Multi-Skills)to join our Construction team delivering high-quality teaching across a range of trades including Carpentry & Joinery Brickwork Plastering Painting & Decorating Plumbing and Tiling.

Essential Criteria
- Hold a relevant teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one.
- Qualified to at least Level 2 in one trade area with competence in at least one additional trade.
- Minimum of 23 years experience in a lecturing or training role within Further or Higher Education.
- Strong understanding of innovative teaching techniques and internal quality processes.
- Professional customer-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons across multiple trade disciplines to further education learners.
- Develop curriculum materials and assess student work to ensure learning goals are met.
- Lead and coordinate course teams contributing to course verification and quality assurance.
- Support student recruitment guidance and progression through mentoring and coaching.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge in your specialist areas and contribute to departmental development.
