Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Leading and empowering a team responsible for facilitating effective board meetings
- Overseeing the development of efficient preparation and follow-up processes for strategic meetings
- Engaging executives and stakeholders through persuasive storytelling and data visualisation
- Promoting cross-departmental collaboration to support synchronised efforts
- Driving initiatives to refine governance structures and increase strategic alignment
- Acting as a link between senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication
- Mentoring team members in developing strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- University degree or MBA with substantial experience in strategic consulting including leadership experience working with executive-level stakeholders
- 3 years of experience in a people management role
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving with a focus on actionable insights
- Knowledge of governance structures and strategic alignment across organisations
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships at all levels
- Ability to prioritise effectively and foster a resilient results-oriented team culture
- Experience with tools such as PowerPoint Efficient Elements ChatGPT or similar for high-impact presentations
- Professional proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken)
Desirable extras.
- Experience in a retail and/or tech-driven environment
- Certifications in project management or agile methodologies
- Executive MBA
