Whats the role
The Manager Service Delivery is a crucial role within the Service Management & Assurance team reporting directly to the Senior Manager. This position is responsible for ensuring the effective management of major incidents the smooth execution of assurance and audit processes and the preparation and delivery of risk papers to senior leadership. The Manager will work closely with various teams across the organisation to ensure that governance standards are upheld risks are identified and mitigated and incidents are managed in a structured transparent and accountable manner.
This also involves contributing to the continuous improvement of governance processes recommending and driving enhancements where necessary to maintain the highest standards of service and compliance.
