To succeed in this role you must meet the following requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluent (C1) written and spoken English is required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred (but not mandatory).
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with computer systems and technological tools.
  • Work Attitude: Possess a positive adaptable and professional attitude.
  • Schedule: Willingness to work consistent overnight shifts.
