To succeed in this role you must meet the following requirements:
- Language Skills: Fluent (C1) written and spoken English is required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred (but not mandatory).
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable with computer systems and technological tools.
- Work Attitude: Possess a positive adaptable and professional attitude.
- Schedule: Willingness to work consistent overnight shifts.
