What can you expect
As Geologist III you will work on-site and utilize your knowledge by participating in collecting synthesizing and documenting data from investigated areas. You will also assist in the preparation of project documentation in addition to providing field support as needed including field site supervision. You will have personal initiative and critical thinking skills which are essential to complete job duties with minimal guidance. Assignments are deadline driven so you must be able to set priorities take ownership of projects work efficiently and provide a consistent level of high quality in a high-pressure environment. You will support Brice Project Managers and will include mentorship by various Project Managers. As you grow in this position project management tasks will be assigned. The expectation for you is to be on the path to becoming a Project Manager.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Brice Engineering has a fast-paced multi-tasking office environment requiring a high degree of efficiency and effective performance. This position will require field work at outdoor job sites up to 50% of the time on an annual basis. Travel and field work to oversee investigations and remediation work at other sites in the Lower 48 States and Alaska for up to 20-day rotations is possible. Travel requirements and durations will be discussed together between the Geologist III and their supervisor.
