Who were looking for: Were searching for an Office Clerk who will keep things rolling along in our mailroom by processing important time-sensitive financial and insurance documents. To succeed youll be super organized have an eagle eye for details and be up for new challenges as our business evolves.
Compensation: The minimum hourly pay rate for this position is $20.
Expected hours: 18 hours per week
Who we are: Insurance Services is an innovative insurance services company in Emeryville. We have been in business for over 20 years. We make writing a stand-alone umbrella policy easier by automating the quoting ordering and payment process online.
What you will do:
Scan and prepare financial and insurance policy documents
Receive and sort mail
Prepare process and ship outgoing mail
Oversee folding machine for bulk mail
Make daily mail runs to the post office
Other office duties as needed
To qualify youll need:
A minimum of one year in customer service
A drivers license
Basic computer skills
Strong communication skills
Youre the right person if youre:
Hardworking diligent and positive
Are self-reliant motivated detail-oriented and a team player
Arent afraid to prioritize your tasks on your own
Known for your good common sense and sound judgement
Experienced in property and casualty insurance a plus

Pay Details:
