Human Resources Associate Richmond The Human Resources Associate assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the organizations Human Resources department. The HR Associate serves as primary employee service contact maintains personnel records and completes credentialing/privileging verification activities in addition to other duties. JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Education:High School Diploma Minimum Work Experience:Minimum 1 year office experience preferred Qualifications: Successful applicants will be mature and well organized with pleasant personality; professional appearance; warm friendly demeanor; prior knowledge of office procedures and basic computer skills including Microsoft Windows and Excel; skills in verbal and written communication; ability to practice a high level of confidentiality; multi-tasking; and proficient time management and organizational skills.
