Job Description
Engineering / Site Lead (Jakarta SCBD)
Reports to: CEO and COO (Sydney)
Remuneration: Rp-per month gross
Mission
Launch and grow Refracts first offshore engineering hub acting as both playercoach and cultural champion.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and architecture oversight across frontend backend and infrastructure.
Run agile ceremonies manage sprint delivery and own release cadence.

Hire mentor and develop a crossfunctional squad.

Liaise with Sydney stakeholders across timezones.
- Steward reliability security and costefficiency using bestpractice platform tooling.
Requirements

8-10 years building SaaS on public cloud platforms.

2 years in a playercoach or teamlead capacity.
- Strong experience with modern programming languages (e.g. TypeScript Go Python) and with containerorchestration infrastructureascode and CI/CD tooling.
- Excellent spoken and written English; comfortable in clientfacing architecture sessions.
- Bonus: Proven cloudcostoptimisation achievements; experience with compliance audits (SOC 2 / ISO 27001).
