Responsibilities:
- Organize various events such as conferences workshops seminars and community outreach programs.
- Manage event logistics including venue selection catering audio-visual needs and attendee registration.
- Prepare and keep all FESC photos from relevant events on an external drive.
- Write and distribute press releases media advisories and promotional materials related to events.
- Coordinate event execution managing schedules speakers logistics and troubleshooting.
- Serve as the main point of contact for attendees vendors and media representatives during events.
- Create and post all FESC activities on Facebook and Telegram.
- Share important and updated news from MoEYS and relevant ministries.
- Develop engaging content for social media and respond to inquiries.
- Collaborate with designers and team members for visually appealing posts.
- Coordinate with other press release media.
- Take photos for boards at various events.
- Develop and update FESC news/events on the website including text images and multimedia.
- Work with IT to implement technical updates.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Secretary General and President.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Event Management or a related field.
- Experience with graphic design software.
- Proven experience in managing events from conception to execution.
- Good level of English Proficiency.
