You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailJoin our Insurance Operations team as a Senior Strategy Lead where youll drive strategic event planning aligned with our goals and craft impactful communications for diverse stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into our strategic initiatives and advise senior leadership on communication strategies.

Position Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic plans for events that support our objectives ensuring alignment with our overarching strategy.
Manage and oversee project timelines to ensure that all strategic initiatives are delivered on schedule and within scope.
Craft clear compelling and impactful communications that convey our story and strategic vision to various stakeholders including employees partners and senior leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and integrate them into strategic communications and event planning.
Analyze industry trends and internal data to inform strategic decisions and enhance our storytelling approach.
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership providing insights and recommendations on effective communication and engagement strategies.
Foster a customer-centric and ownership-oriented mindset across the organization to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and communications making improvements as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
3-5 proven experience in strategy consulting event planning time management and communications.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a talent for storytelling.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging communications.
Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders in a global environment.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management and communications.
A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and customer-centric approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset. If the successful candidate is in Qubec proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.

Salary range is expected to be between
$83250.00 CAD - $149850.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location please contact for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
