You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are currently seeking applications for a 6-month full time fixed term opportunity as a Learning and Development Administrator.
This 6-month full time fixed term role plays a vital part in supporting the Learning and Development function by coordinating logistics managing administrative tasks and contributing to the smooth delivery of key L&D initiatives across the organisation.
Youll work closely with Talent Acquisition People teams Operations and the L&D team to ensure a seamless training experience for our workforce while also assisting with reporting and process improvement.
Coordinate training logistics including venues catering training materials and SME availability
Liaise with internal teams to support onboarding and offboarding training processes
Manage administrative tasks such as uploading enrolments responding to L&D inbox queries and supporting communication launches
Compile and maintain regular L&D reporting including enrolment and training status dashboards
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Ability to communicate effectively and work across multiple teams
A proactive solutions-focused mindset
Confidence working with systems such as the Learning Hub
Openness to feedback and commitment to ongoing learning
