Job Description

We are currently seeking applications for a 6-month full time fixed term opportunity as a Learning and Development Administrator.

About the Opportunity

This 6-month full time fixed term role plays a vital part in supporting the Learning and Development function by coordinating logistics managing administrative tasks and contributing to the smooth delivery of key L&D initiatives across the organisation.

Youll work closely with Talent Acquisition People teams Operations and the L&D team to ensure a seamless training experience for our workforce while also assisting with reporting and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training logistics including venues catering training materials and SME availability

  • Liaise with internal teams to support onboarding and offboarding training processes

  • Manage administrative tasks such as uploading enrolments responding to L&D inbox queries and supporting communication launches

  • Compile and maintain regular L&D reporting including enrolment and training status dashboards
