Our challenge
We are seeking the KTA developer/tech lead KTA (Kofax Total Agility). The candidate will be involved in designing implementing and maintaining intelligent automation solutions using the Kofax Total Agility platform.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law the base salary for this role if filled within Jersey City NJ is$130k - $140k/year & benefits (see below).
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Design configure and deploy business process automation solutions using Kofax TotalAgility (KTA).
- Develop and customize workflows forms and data integration modules.
- Integrate KTA with other enterprise systems such as ERP CRM and document management platforms.
- Implement OCR document classification and data extraction processes.
- Troubleshoot debug and optimize KTA solutions to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions.
- Provide technical documentation and user training as needed.
Requirements:
- Manage an applications Development team of professionals to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for team (e.g. performance evaluations training and development hiring and disciplinary actions).
- Recommend new work procedures to increase process efficiencies.
- Resolve issues by identifying and selecting solutions through the applications of acquired technical experience and guided by precedents.
- Develop and apply comprehensive knowledge of how own area integrates within apps development and other technical areas.
- Ensure the quality of tasks provided by self and others on team as well as influence decisions through advice or facilitating services that impact the team and closely related work teams.
- Act as backup to Applications Development Manager and serve as an advisor and coach to junior developers and analysts
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
- Excellenttechnical analytical and problem-solving skills and adaptabilityto learn new and existing technical areas as demanded by the project is a strong plus.
- Strong data analytics skill is a strong plus good understanding of CICD pipeline and components is a strong Should be able to do independent code review of the application with exposure to static code review tool such as Jtest Sonar Exposure to Agile methodology and BDD and all aspects of SDLC are welcome and necessary to execute the role. For Tungsten following are the skills we are looking.
- Hands on experience in integrating Tungsten TotalAgility with other applications on the input and output side including via Message Queues Kafka and Web-services.
- Hands on experience with programming in .Net IIS VB and C# in a distributed Microsoft environment.
- Hands on development experience in Document separation Document classification Data extraction using Tungsten TotalAgility and integration with Third party.
- Hands on experience in Tungsten TotalAgility product suits installation and upgrade activities and associated troubleshooting.
- Hands on experience and certification in KTA is welcome.
- Hands on experience in creation of custom VB .Net / C# .Net based custom modules / services in Tungsten ecosystem.
- For .Net following are the skills we are looking for .Net 3.5 / 4.0 C# VBA WCF Web Services.
- Hands on Development and Design Experience and Understanding of relevant technical areas Tungsten Total Agility .NET and Database/SQL including de Excellent proven skills in KOFAX Total Agility .Net and Database (Oracle / MS SQL) Experience in Cloud development stack PaaS (OpenShift) Azure cloud & Docker will be preferred.
