Job Description
This is a far-site position that can be performed in any location within EU on a freelance contract.
Ever wondered what it feels like to be a PHP Software Developer in Netcompany
As a PHP Software Developer you will:
- Provide custom design and development of the PHP based applications and systems for training and learning management in line with business requirements and user stories defined in Product Backlog
- Adapt and test the PHP based applications and systems for training and learning management for deployment to Microsoft Azure Cloud.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Product Owners to define business requirements into system design and development and to enhance user usability and user experience of the Learning Management System.
- Provide adaptive and corrective maintenance and technical support for the PHP based applications and systems for training and learning management.
- Implement all necessary modifications to the systems that are necessary for sustaining its full operational capability due the modifications of underlying software products such as the upgrade of operating system databases other infrastructure software due to new system releases/upgrades plugins installations or as defined in the Product Backlog.
- Repair all failures (including degradation of performance below thresholds) vulnerabilities and bugs of the systems and to restore it and keep in perfect working order.
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Bachelor degree in IT or Computer Science or other related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant working professional experience including using PHP development language.
- Very good knowledge of English
- Participation in at least 3 projects with implementation of solutions based on PHP HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and MySQL/MSSQL in the role of Software Developer
- Experience in development and deployment to cloud environment gained in at least 2 projects.
- Frontend development skills (JS ES6 CSS extension languages & Bootstrap).
- Intermediate level certificate in software development relevant to the domain or an equivalent certification recognized internationally.
