This is a high-responsibility role that goes far beyond traditional assistant dutiesideal for someone with a strong grasp of finance and bookkeeping who thrives in a fast-paced high-stakes environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Manage day-to-day executive communications and scheduling.
Process bills payments and maintain accurate financial records.
Act as liaison with the accounting team ensuring accurate tracking of capital contributions distributions and financial activity across multiple LLCs.
Project manage the tax preparation process in collaboration with several accounting firms.
Monitor cash flow and provide oversight for financial performance of portfolio companies.
Handle personal financial matters for the CEO including mortgages bill payments and related documentation.
Assist with documentation and reporting for ongoing and new business ventures.
Ideal Qualifications:
Prior experience as an Executive Assistant preferably supporting C-level leadership.
Strong proficiency in finance bookkeeping and working with financial documentation.
Detail-oriented highly organized and able to manage multiple ongoing tasks and priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of discretion integrity and professionalism.
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
