Join our clients team and provide first-class technical support for users of RTV/AGD equipment such as TVs refrigerators and washing machines. This is your chance to gain experience in a dynamic and innovative environment while enjoying a multicultural workplace in the heart of Poland.
About the company

With a diverse team across multiple countries they provide first-line support and technical assistance for leading international brands in a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
What will you do
Provide technical support via phone for users of electronic devises (fridge microwave etc)
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
Offer information about products and their functionalities
Log cases and maintain records in the internal system
Candidate profile
Fluent in Finnish language at C1 level
Good command of English (B1/B2 level)
Basic understanding of household appliances and consumer electronics
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
Eagerness to learn and fast typing skills
Available to work at least 120 hours per month
